Personal Training

This is the most complete training package available and consists of regular one-to-one or small group training during in-person contact hours, ongoing support regarding any exercise or nutritional queries during or outside of contact hours as well as regular reprogramming. This is a truly bespoke and dedicated service which necessitates a minimum of one contact hour per week, though more are advisable as this increases the likelihood of success significantly.

Working together regularly with a trainer of the standard provided by ART ensures that sessions are always optimal and engaging, you will be receiving the highest quality coaching in terms of technical proficiency and personal motivation. These sessions can be paid for on an ad hoc basis or as a package for greater value.
