Personal Programming

A great option for those seeking the professional guidance and tutelage of an experienced personal trainer but in a more affordable format. Exercise programming is carried out during one-to-one or small group in-person contact hours, the necessary amount of which will vary based on the needs and current level of training maturity of the individual.

This programme can then be carried out by the client alone until reprogramming is required. All programmes are built from the ground up and are entirely individualised to help you meet your goals as quickly as possible while avoiding any movements that might not be suitable for you at this time. Great care is taken to ensure that movements are taught and learnt correctly so that clients can proceed with future training safely and efficiently. These sessions can be paid for on an ad hoc basis or as a package for greater value.
